ANKARA (IGFA) – President of Religious Affairs Prof. Dr. Ali Erbaş reacted to the attack on the Quran by racist groups who are hostile to Islam in Sweden.

Demanding that these and similar anti-Islamic structures with a sick mentality end their activities as soon as possible, President of Religious Affairs Erbaş consciously invited the international community to a joint struggle with these structures.

President Erbaş shared on his social media accounts; “It is unacceptable that the authorities do not take necessary action against these attacks against Muslims and our great book, the Qur’an, in the holy month of Ramadan, and that these structures that openly commit hate crimes are ignored by the authorities. I expect the activities of these and similar structures that are hostile to Islam and with a sick mentality to be ended as soon as possible, and I invite the international community to a conscious joint struggle with these structures.”
